Camille is passionate about creating nurturing yoga classes that incorporate movement, breath, meditation, and music for a complete practice that is inclusive and accessible to all.
Camille’s teachings are trauma-informed and include somatic practices to cultivate mindfulness and self-soothing tools. In her acoustic classes, Camille brings her guitar and soothing mantra singing to cultivate deep peace in body, mind, and spirit.
Camille has completed over 700 hours of training, including Hatha Training, Yoga Life Coaching, Meditation Training, and BodyCoach Training.
