A progressive program that builds physical, mental, and emotional resilience over the weeks through Heated Vinyasa practice, breath work, ice baths, reflection and community.

A workshop for all women from 15 years onwards, to reconnect with the innate wisdom within all women and understand the interrelation between the female cycle and all nature’s cycles.
You will gain an understanding of the influence of the lunar cycle and the Earth’s seasons, through exploring the spiritual practice of menstruation and the transformative power of our rites of passage.
The Gift ~ A new and deeper understanding of being a woman. A more conscious way to experience and flow with the magic of our menstrual cycle.

Women's circles are a place to celebrate feminine power, share wisdom, and connect with other women.
Each circle is uniquely co-created by the women who attend; we will journey with plant medicine allies such as rose, cacao or blue lotus; be guided though meditation, sound, a sharing circle as well as astrological insight.

Join this inspiring Masterclass with Norma Nelson; as she takes you on a journey into inversions and arm balances.
Her workshops are playful, strong, creative and intelligently sequenced. She has a technical and methodical teaching style, empowering students to build strength and confidence in their practice. Norma inspires her students with her diverse array of movement practices and is extremely passionate about sharing her knowledge.
Our Masterclass will run over two consecutive weekends, attend week 1 or both, to truely take your practice to the next level and master your inversions.

Dance of the Asanas: Unlocking Creativity and Joy Through Yoga Movement & Transitions Workshop with Melinda
