After our sold-out Zen Reset last year we are looking forward to offering you this 90-minute experience designed to nourish every part of you and support your immune systems as we lead into Winter.

This unique fusion session begins with a 60-minute Yin Yoga practice led by Anna Brueckner, guiding you through a late-Autumn inspired Yin movements to bring calm and balance to your nervous system.

Then, immerse yourself in a deeply restorative 30-minute Yoga Nidra practice combined with Acupuncture, led by registered Acupuncturist Catherine Oldfield; who is passionate about helping you explore harmony and holistic wellness through Chinese Medicine and her gentle needling technique.
