Kids Yoga at Alma

Term 1: Starts Wednesday 12th March to Wednesday 9th April.
Join Steph for this fun yoga movement practice. You’ll learn how to connect breath to movement, explore yoga shapes and sequences (broken down for the kids to explore and enjoy), we’ll then to explore in flow, moving one breath one movement, then find strength and steadiness by holding the shapes. Towards the end of the practice we’ll practice simple meditation or pranayama (breath work) to prepare you for a restful Savasana accompanied by a crystal bowl sound bath.
Steph has been teaching kids since 2022. With her background in aerial yoga and a mother of two daughters, she understands that holding a safe and fun space for kids to practice is key for them to feel excited to begin their yoga journey.
No casual attendance.
