Learn a simple and easy meditation technique to recover from stress, dissolve anxiety and connect to a deeper source of well-being that is already here. Practicing this meditation technique will increase your level of self awareness so you can make more empowered choices so that you may live a more authentic and fulfilling life.

Course Structure

  • The course will take place over three live in-person sessions AND three virtual Q&A calls.

  • The three sessions are designed to get you deeply embedded in all aspects of the technique so that you will walk away as a self sufficient meditator. The first three session take place on consecutive days for this reason so that you can build on each day of practice.

  • The weekly calls are where we will check in, meditate together and have the space to ask questions in order to refine your understanding of the technique. During this part of the course we will be exploring how to integrate meditative aspects into our day to day life and create countability to establish it as a daily practice. They will be recorded for those who are unable to attend for any reason.
