His passion for these practices led him to complete a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2022, followed by specialised Breathwork Instructor training, allowing him to guide others on their own wellness journeys.

As a teacher, he specialise in helping individuals achieve holistic well-being by combining ancient practices with modern techniques. His classes’ focus on mindfulness, stress reduction, and physical vitality, creating a supportive space where students can explore their potential and foster personal growth.
