Melinda is a 500-hour Yoga Teacher and Breathwork Facilitator with a background in Psychology, Health Sciences, Lived Experience Storytelling, and Social Advocacy.

She loves the sense of calmness, embodiment, creativity, and connectedness that comes from yoga and moving with the breath. With the belief that yoga should be inclusive and accessible to all people and bodies, Melinda completed 200 hours of study in Trauma Informed Hatha Yoga.

She has since formally studied Breathwork, Meditation, Tibetan Sound Healing, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Aerial Yoga and has shared her love of yoga within therapeutic settings.

Melinda’s teachings are inspired by her love of contemporary dance, which she has practiced from a young age.
