Radha started meditating at 21 and teaching herself yoga from a book whilst she travelled. During her first preganancy she came accross the teachings of Satyananda Yoga and has been a devoted spiritual aspirant ever since.

Fast forward to now Radha has taught yoga and meditation for over 20 years in many different areas of life. She has facilitated yoga retreats, family workshops, women's circles and specialised in pre and post natal yoga including birth education for 15 years.

Currently Radha has turned her awareness to the mental health crisis and the need for good education and support in this area. She is currently studying counselling whilst continuing her development as a Somatic Therapist using wholistic practices and massage to integrate and bring healing to the body, mind and spirit.
